Return and Exchange Policy

At JOSH BOUTIQUE, we take pride in offering exquisite, handcrafted sarees, crafted with love and precision. Each piece is unique, and slight variations in color, weave, or design are a hallmark of handmade artistry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

Returns

We accept returns only in case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect product.

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Coupon will be issues for the same amount which you can redeem it with in 90 days

The saree should be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Custom-made and pre-ordered sarees are not eligible for return unless received in a defective condition.

To initiate a return, email us at support@joshboutique.com with your order details and images of the product.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If the return request is rejected (due to non-compliance with our policy), the saree will be sent back to you at your expense.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be requested within 3 days from the delivery.

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged sarees, subject to availability.

If the same saree is unavailable, you can opt for another design of the same or higher value by paying the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

Products purchased on sale, discounts, or special offers are not eligible for returns/refunds.

Slight irregularities in weave, print, or embroidery are part of the handcrafted nature and will not be considered defects.
